In addition to the details provided in our online quotation pages, the following forms and other information will be required to be completed by you for inclusion in your Home Information Pack:-

Leasehold Properties

A copy of the lease

The name & address of the current landlord or, if the property is in the process of being built or landlord is in the process of changing, the proposed landlord. (optional)

The name & address of any managing agents appointed or proposed to be appointed by the landlord. (optional)

Any existing or proposed regulations or rules relating the management of the property. (optional)

If a purchaser is required to become a member of any company with responsibility for management of the property, a copy of the memorandum and articles of association of the company. (optional)

Any amendments proposed to:- The lease, regulations or rules relating to the property management, memorandum and articles of association of any management company which the buyer will be required to become a member. (optional)

Statements of account for the last 3 years in relation to service charges and summaries of costs for service charges. (optional)

A summary of works affecting the property that are current or proposed. (optional)

The most recent request for payment in the previous 12 month period in relation to service charges, ground rent and insurance (if insurance payment is separate from the service charge or ground rent). (optional)

Your Landlord or Managing Agent may charge you for providing this information and these costs must be met by you and are not included in our quoted charges for compiling the Home Information Pack.

Commonhold Properties

The name and address of any managing agents or other persons appointed or proposed to be appointed by the commonhold association to manage the commonhold.

Copies of any regulations or rules )and any amendments proposed to those regulations or rules) that have been made by the commonhold association or by those responsible for managing the commonhold, and not included in the commonhold community statement.

Commonhold community statement or memorandum and article of association of the commonhold association.

A summary of works affecting the commonhold that are current or proposed.

Copies of any requests for payment made in the previous 12 months in respect of commonhold assessment, reserve fund levy and insurance.

Your Commonhold Association or Managing Agent may charge you for providing this information and these costs must be met by you and are not included in our quoted charges for compiling the Home Information Pack.
