Home Information Packs (HIPs) - Government Incentives

The Government have introduced a new incentive scheme for properties in England and Wales.

HIPs ordered before 1st August are now eligible for a free Energy Performance Certificate worth £115.00 inc. VAT.

This is limited to the first five thousand HIP instructions lodged with the Government.
