Our Home Information Pack service to Solicitors is simply based on quality of service and value.

The Hips Direct ethos is based on supporting local business relationships between estate agents, solicitors and surveyors.

We understand the importance of a solicitor's involvement in the HIP production process in interpreting the search results and home condition report for consumers and arranging for any necessary further searches or enquiries. We see this as an integral part of our online service.

Unlike some, we will always reciprocate business whenever possible and particularly when we receive a direct instruction without nomination of a preferred solicitor.

We encourage nomination of preferred home inspectors to maintain the local solicitor/surveyor relationships.

What we do.

Make your HIP our top priority, sourcing searches and home inspectors in-house and from across the market.

Reciprocate business wherever a preferred solicitor is not nominated

Allow nomination of preferred Home Inspector

Provide a simple transparent pricing structure

Provide regular updates on progress

Make the HIP available in any format required

Provide access to the HIP online via our web database

Defer payment for the HIP for up to six months

What we don't do.

Undertake conveyancing work

Try to sell other services to your client (without your permission)

Pay commission
